A downloadable mod

Spend less time dying to Lv1 Wolf Puppies and more time playing.  After all, not everybody likes "git gud" punishing difficulty.

This mod for Dicey Dungeons lowers the overall difficulty in a couple of ways:

  • Cuts 25% of the default HP from all enemies
  • Increases the effectiveness of various defensive items

The enemies are still a threat, but the difficulty is now pretty fair.

we need a version thats a bit easier for players that just cant get past things like Warrior episode 3 "Worse than a curse" and no i'm totally not talking about myself

shut up its hard for me okay

Amazing mod! To me, this is the difficulty the game should be. Without it, the game feels harder than Dark Souls which is absolute bs.
But seriously this mod is fantastic

Great mod! :)

thank you for making this! it's made the game a lot more feasible for me. ^^

I would kiss you if I could

New version is up, now compatible with Dicey Dungeon's 1.0 API.  Also fixed a bug with Bandage.

Can this be updated to the newest version?

New minor version, with small tweaks to Witch-related spells

New version is up, now compatible with the latest changes.

Not rushing you, but do you plan to update this mod for the new patch?

for whatever reason, whenever I downloaded this the enemies stopped making noises.

can u fix this pls

Found the problem.  That's now fixed in 1.2.0.

the download doesn't seem to work, i keep getting file moved or missing on firefox

The Download button seems to work for me on Chrome even when I log out of itch.io.

I had the same issue, I moved the sub folder "lower_difficulty" back a layer into the mod folder and it fixed the issue.
